By subscribing to and using the AI Life Briefing service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
AI Life Briefing is an automated notification service that delivers daily briefings, calendar summaries, task reminders, and personalized notifications via email, a web app, and (optionally) SMS. The Service integrates with your Microsoft 365 account to provide relevant, timely information.
Program Name: AI Life Briefing
Program Description: AI Life Briefing sends recurring automated text messages that include (a) your daily briefing summary, (b) time-sensitive calendar and task reminders, and (c) two-way assistant replies when you message us first. Messages are sent only to subscribers who have explicitly opted in via the public sign-up form at https://ailifebriefing.com and separately confirmed SMS preferences inside the web app at https://ailifebriefing.com/app.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your preferences and schedule. Typical usage is 1–3 messages per day; the cap is 10 messages per day.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Other accepted opt-out keywords: OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, STOPALL. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may also disable SMS at any time in the web app under Settings → Notifications.

Supported Carriers: The Service is available on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and Google Fi.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. See our Privacy Policy for details on how opt-in data, mobile information, and consent are handled. Mobile information and opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by AI Life Briefing and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Life Briefing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. The Service provides informational notifications and should not be relied upon as the sole source of scheduling or task management information. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via SMS or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms.
